２月１７日に、マルチリンガルR&BアーティストMay J.のニューアルバムが発売されました。遅れちゃってごめんなさい。彼女は日本で生まれ育ったが、イラン、トルコ、ロシア、スペインとイギリスのバックグラウンドも持つ、たくさんの文化を味わってきて様々な経験によって音楽を作り上げてきてます。そんなMay J.の今回のアルバム「for you」にはテレビドラマの主題歌に起用された「君がいた」の他、MAY'S、DJ KAORI、Diggy-MO'やDAISHI DANCEなどとのコラボ作も含む、全１４曲収録。「ハッピーと元気を届けたい！」というテーマに沿って制作されたものだそうです。CD＋DVDのDVDにはミュージックビデオやスペシャルムービーが６つ収録されています。
そして、５月に初全国ツアーを行います。仙台、福岡、名古屋、東京、大阪の五ヶ所を回ってMay J. Tour 2010 〜LIVE for you〜を披露します。さらに、２月２０日にはAsian Diva MUSIC FESTAに加藤ミリヤやBENIと出演されます。また、３月にはNHKのJ-MELO 春フェス２０１０(JAY'ED、MONKEY MAJIK、他)に出演する上、スキマスイッチ、Spontania、ヒルクライム、PerfumeやFUNKY MONKEY BABYSなどと一緒に幕張メッセでGO!FESにも出演する事が決定されています。是非見逃さないように！

On February 17th, multilingual R&B artist May J. released her 3rd album. Apologies for the update delay. She was born and raised in Japan, but with backgrounds in Iran, Turkey, Russia, Spain and the UK, she has been exposed to many cultures and experiences, which she has used fully in her music. This new album "for you" includes the TV series tie-up single "KIMI GA ITA" as well as collaborations with the likes of MAY'S, DJ KAORI, Diggy-MO', DAISHI DANCE among others. Recording a total of 14 tracks, the album has been produced along the theme of 'happiness and energy'. The CD+DVD pack includes music videos and special movies, 6 in total.
Plus, in May, May J. has her very first national tour "May J. Tour 2010 〜LIVE for you〜" which she will perform in the five cities of Sendai, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Tokyo and Osaka. She is also lined up to feature in the "Asian Diva MUSIC FESTA" on the 20th of this month, along side KATO MILIYAH and BENI. And in March, she will be at "J-MELO HARU FES 2010" with artists like JAY'ED and MONKEY MAJIK, as well as performing at "GO!FES" in MAKUHARI MESSE, Tokyo, with big names such as SUKIMA SWITCH, Spontania, Hilcrhyme, Perfume and FUNKY MONKEY BABYS. They are not to be missed!
